was wondering why K was so quiet while I was writing that post, but put it down to her just being a good girl......
Just found her sitting on the couch, eating a banana.
I never gave her a banana.
I don't know where she got it from.
But she managed to peel it and is chomping away happily now.
My stomach hurts from laughing.

She managed to get a banana despite the shortage- K is magic!
ReplyDeleteI am surprised that she peeled it herself- that is one talented toddler!
Was your play date with a foreign friend and baby? or Japanese? Do you have playdates often? Will you have a baby two do you think (sorry personal question- feel free not to answer)? I ask cos then maybe we can have playdates once I am back in Tokyo (and have babies...)
Have a good week!
That sounds really really cute!!!

ReplyDeleteyep, K is always up with the latest fad. haha.
ReplyDeletewe have playdates with all sorts....on Monday it was with a J mummy and baby and a foreign mummy with 2 J/foreign babies. We usually meet 1-2times a month. Also do other playdates every so 1-2 months with J mummy friends.
Playgroup we go to 3 I guess... Tuesday and Thursday are both International/English playgroups. Members are either in international marriages (both J and foreign women) or expats. Thursday we also go to local jidokan for a totally J playgroup ("circle" in Japanese).
I look forward to setting up a playdate with Lulu and Lulu Jr...maybe there will be baby two or three or four or...hahah
