Last night J had drinks after work, so K and I had leftover casserole from the other night.
Tonight is Taco Rice night. good way to use up the tomatoes, lettuce, mince in freezer and 3 for 120yen avocados I got that are in need of being turned into guacamole asap. Even though I think Taco Rice is actually an Okinawan concoction, I get all "Speedy Gonzales" and "Arriba, arriba, andale, andale" every time I make it, so am gonna get J to bring home some Corona to celebrate TGIF! Yee-ha!
